Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health.

You will help plan, implement governance policies, and ensure systems run optimally while meeting regulatory requirements and company goals. This role emphasizes analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• 1‑3 years technical experience in information technology.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details with SMEs and documenting requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance (access, change, incident, service).
• Monitor and improve IT governance processes and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incident resolution and change management with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during incident response and corrective actions.
• Assess change impact on governance policies and controls; ensure controlled implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and lead Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
