Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/CTF and anti-fraud compliance.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch preferred.
• Experience communicating with clients, including face-to-face or phone.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF and MSB regulatory concepts helpful.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML/CTF/Anti-Fraud reviews of Western Union Agents.
• Provide training to agents on AML/CTF compliance.
• Evaluate controls with agents and support compliance programs.
• Escalate compliance-related risk matters promptly.
• Assist in developing AML programs and end-to-end processes.
• Submit daily reports to the government portal.
