You will lead a small team, shape regional strategy and negotiate with cross-country suppliers to deliver value and ensure governance adherence.

Remote role with regular travel to suppliers; you will work within the Global Procurement team to align with group strategies and drive continuous improvement in sourcing outcomes.

• Experience leading a sourcing team across geographies.
• Proven cost savings and total cost ownership initiatives.
• Strong procurement governance and contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the regional sourcing strategy and processes.
• Line manage the Cluster Sourcing Team and drive performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and run value delivery projects.
• Ensure contractual compliance with terms, SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement, Finance and Legal.
