Job summary

Floowi is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Specialist to join our remote team. You will ensure listings, pricing, and images are accurate, set up and verify coupons and promotions, and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts.

You will open and track Seller Support cases through resolution, maintain clear trackers, and communicate proactively to keep all stakeholders informed. This role requires advanced English and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Experience setting up and validating coupons, discounts, and promotions.
• Proven ability to maintain and audit product listings for accuracy.
• Open and manage Seller Support cases through resolution with tracking.
• Create and maintain trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written English communication and proactive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Seller Central dashboards for listing health.
• Verify product content, pricing, and images for accuracy.
• Set up and confirm promotions are live and correct.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock.
• Maintain transparent task trackers and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
