Floowi is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Specialist to join our remote team. You will ensure listings, pricing, and images are accurate, set up and verify coupons and promotions, and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts.

You will open and track Seller Support cases through resolution, maintain clear trackers, and communicate proactively to keep all stakeholders informed. This role requires advanced English and meticulous record-keeping.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Experience setting up and validating coupons, discounts, and promotions.
• Proven ability to maintain and audit product listings for accuracy.
• Open and manage Seller Support cases through resolution with tracking.
• Create and maintain trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written English communication and proactive documentation.

Responsabilidades

Short Description:

You will keep Amazon Seller Central accounts running smoothly day to day. Your focus will be checking listings, pricing, and images for accuracy, setting up and verifying promotions, and monitoring inventory availability. You will open and follow up on Seller Support cases until each issue is resolved, and keep clear trackers of every open item. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who confirms every change is live instead of assuming it is done.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Seller Central dashboards, listing status, and account health to catch errors and suppressed listings early.
• Verify product pages for accurate content, pricing, and images, and make basic copy and product information updates.
• Set up coupons, discounts, and promotions, and confirm they are live and displaying correctly.
• Troubleshoot listings and offers that are not showing as expected, investigating before escalating.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock and out-of-stock products to the team.
• Open, track, and follow up on Seller Support cases through resolution.
• Maintain trackers documenting each task's status, actions taken, pending follow-ups, and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working inside Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience setting up and verifying Amazon coupons, discounts, and promotions.
• Experience maintaining product listings and resolving suppressed listings and listing errors.
• Experience opening and following Seller Support cases through resolution.
• Strong organization and documentation skills, including trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA or FBM operations and multi-SKU catalogs is a plus.
• Advanced English (C1+) and proactive written communication.
