Job summary

Harvest Group is seeking an Amazon Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role collaborates with the Amazon Account Manager to manage daily Seller and Vendor Central operations, listings, cases, and chargebacks, while providing analytical support and data-driven insights.

Based remotely within the United States, the role supports multiple clients and contributes to growth initiatives through rigorous, detail-oriented work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in the eCommerce ecosystem with Amazon platforms.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and company strategy alignment with Amazon goals.
• Ensure daily operations of Seller and Vendor Central are executed efficiently.
• Oversee and manage product listings and listings creation.
• Open, track, and respond to cases with Amazon.
• Track and dispute chargebacks as needed.
• Create and track FBA inventory shipments.
• Provide reporting and analytical support.
