chhj-corporate is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients. You will be the primary contact with client decision-makers and work to extend wallet share by offering additional services.

This remote role requires excellent communication, strong project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Assist franchise partners with technical requirements to be onboarded in client systems.
• Audit franchise partner compliance with client-mandated systems.
• Create and maintain franchise partner KPIs, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Lead joint company-strategic account planning with mutual objectives and targets.
• Assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Lead solution development efforts addressing customer needs with all necessary personnel.
• Meet assigned profitability expectations.
• Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings meeting company standards.
• Present quarterly service and volume reports to assigned accounts.
• Coordinate pricing efforts for special projects or expanded scope.
