Job summary

Ballard House is hiring a Head of Amazon Operations to lead the operations team, drive scalable systems, and ensure execution across our brand portfolio. The role is remote (US) with quarterly travel to Michigan and collaboration with the COO and leadership team.

You will design Clickup workflows, own SOPs, manage KPIs, and grow the team from 15 to 30+ while integrating AI into recurring processes. The compensation is $140k–$170k with PTO and a monthly health stipend.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years leading operations or client services in ecommerce
• Deep Amazon Seller Central fluency across catalog, demand planning, logistics
• Proven ability to grow teams of 10+ and own SOPs
• Hands-on project management experience, preferably in an agency
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Real-world AI usage to accelerate teams or processes

Responsibilities

• Lead performance across inventory, content, advertising, catalog, and operations to hit KPIs
• Drive brand management operations and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse and account management
• Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation quality, versioning, and adoption
• Coordinate with brand managers and warehousing for optimal product flow
• Define reporting requirements and improve data quality and accessibility
• Identify resource gaps and lead hiring and training initiatives
• Lead recurring operations meetings to track KPIs and remove friction
• Evolve team structure and management systems as the department grows
• Join leadership team and contribute to strategic planning
• Travel quarterly to Michigan or other domestic locations for leadership planning and events
