MicroSourcing International is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator—Amazon to manage catalog health, launches, and content across Seller Central and Vendor Central. You will drive product launches, create ASINs, maintain variation families, and ensure listings meet our standards and brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Amazon experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. This remote role supports multiple brands across time zones and uses AI tools to craft

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon merchandising experience.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Registry and Brand Stores.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot, VLOOKUP, data cleanup).
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Launch new products on Amazon through flat-file templates and portals.
• Build and maintain parent/child variation families.
• Create ASINs and coordinate with the 3P team.
• Differentiate 1P and 3P load paths per brand as noted in the Amazon Record.
• Keep the Amazon Record and ClickUp tasks current.
• Generate enhanced listing content with Claude and QA checklist.
• Ensure listings follow file-house rules: no HTML in descriptions, no duplicate terms.
• Optimize live listings above the fold (titles, bullets, images).
• Upload A+ Content and load assets into Brand Store modules.
• Monitor listing health daily and resolve errors/cases with Seller Support.
• Communicate clearly in English via Zoom and email.
• Track tasks in ClickUp and manage multiple brands across time zones.
