Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon eCommerce experience with Vendor/Seller Central.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day merchandising and performance optimization within Amazon Vendor Central, driving buy box ownership and sales velocity.
• Develop and execute data-driven promotional strategies for Prime Day, Peak, and Deal Events; measure ROAS and lift.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Supply Chain for new item launches and retail readiness.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing and content to maintain visibility and leadership.
• Conduct performance analysis to improve traffic, conversion, and inventory health.
