Job summary

My Amazon Guy is a growing digital marketing agency that handles brand and performance campaigns. This role owns the planning, strategy, and oversight of programmatic display and performance campaigns within DSPs, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

You will develop and execute DSP campaigns, collaborate with the DSP Manager, monitor performance, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or programmatic advertising strategy.
• Strong understanding of DSP platforms, programmatic media, and performance marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.
• Preferred: experience in e-commerce or DTC brand marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DSP campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Collaborate with the DSP Manager to optimize campaigns while staying on-brand
• Bridge brand vision and programmatic execution with insights on targeting, creatives, and messaging
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and report actionable insights to stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for growth, testing, and innovation in programmatic channels
