Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to CCaaS design using Amazon Connect/Lex and Bedrock. You will guide requirements, participate in design discussions, code, review, test, and support deployments in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive coding and testing practices to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Experience designing CCaaS solutions and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and guide design decisions for software solutions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and apply preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records to enrich knowledge base for projects.
