Job summary

Openkrill seeks an Amazon Account Manager to own multiple client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced Amazon/eCommerce environment. You will manage day-to-day priorities, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and translate goals into actionable steps while owning outcomes.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance, and present updates and recommendations to clients with confidence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in client relationship management and communication
• Solid knowledge of Amazon and eCommerce
• 1 year of experience managing multiple accounts, projects, or competing priorities
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand different priorities, manage expectations, and align clients and internal teams
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
• Nice to have: Amazon/eCommerce agency experience
• Nice to have: Excel or Google Sheets for reporting/data analysis

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple Amazon/eCommerce client accounts and priorities
