Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an Amazon Catalog Manager to own the health, accuracy, and day-to-day management of its Amazon catalog across the US and Canada. You will manage Seller Central operations, ensure listings and variation structures are built correctly, maintain pricing data, and resolve issues before they affect sales or customer experience.

Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, Amazon consultants, and PPC agency, you will keep the channel organized, compliant, and positioned to perform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Experience managing the Amazon.com catalog of an established brand generating seven figures in annual revenue.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon flat files and bulk catalog updates.
• Strong understanding of variations, Brand Registry, account health, and compliance.
• Proven experience resolving complex catalog issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Launch complete Amazon listings with accurate images, copy, A+ Content, keywords, backend fields, and variation structures.
• Refresh content, copy, imagery, and backend attributes to keep listings accurate, competitive, and performing.
• Partner with marketing leads and consultants to align listing priorities with performance.
• Build and maintain parent-child variation families and troubleshoot variations.
• Execute and validate flat file uploads for listings, pricing, inventory, and variations.
