Job summary

Pattern is seeking an Amazon Account Health Specialist in Lehi, Utah. You will audit listings, resolve compliance issues, and work with brand teams to maintain healthy ecommerce accounts across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, ethics-driven approach. This is a full-time, hybrid position with extensive collaboration across ecommerce operations and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience with Amazon marketplace or regulatory compliance field.
• Experience with Amazon Account Health—writing plans of action and responding to performance notices.
• Experience with government regulations (FDA, EPA, CPSC, Health Canada, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment and commitment to ethics; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Audit product listings and assess compliance with marketplace policies.
• Resolve compliance violations and mitigate revenue loss.
• Maintain communication with brand management and regulatory teams.
• Research regulatory requirements and implement preventive measures.
• Proactively troubleshoot potential issues and respond to notices from platforms.
