Allstate / Diligence Insurance is expanding our team in Newport News, VA with paid training, strong base pay plus commissions, production bonuses, and a large captive customer base offering 100% warm leads and no cold calling.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will guide customers through policy options, generate quotes, and help meet monthly sales goals. A P&C license and strong communication skills are required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• P&C license required to sell insurance products.

Job Requirements:

• P&C license
