Sanofi is recruiting an Area Business Manager for Allergy Immunology to lead territory plans in the Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale region.

This remote, field-based role focuses on building relationships with allergists and immunologists, driving AYVAKIT adoption, and expanding market awareness across SM and related care teams. The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a BA/BS, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• B.A. / B.S. degree required.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Must reside within or in close proximity to the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for allergy/immunology within the territory and AYVAKIT performance.
• Identify and engage allergists, immunologists, and other care team members as decision makers.
• Build relationships with key accounts including physicians, NPs, and leadership.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to hit performance targets.
• Present complex clinical information fluently to physicians in diverse settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage CRM to inform strategy.
