You will assist clients from inquiry to confirmation, matching preferences with suitable all-inclusive resorts and managing details with precision and timely communication. This role thrives on boutique hospitality excellence in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, booking coordination, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with booking platforms and digital tools.
• Remote work capability with self-motivation.
• Must be 18+ with access to a computer and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities
