Job summary

Ria Health is seeking a Clinical Intake/Triage Nurse to join a national telehealth team focused on alcohol use disorder treatment. The role involves accepting new members, coordinating care plans, and delivering coaching sessions remotely.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in AUD treatment, a state counseling certification, and a BA/BS or MA. The position supports remote work across the United States with competitive compensation and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent in your state.
• 3–5 years of experience in AUD or addiction treatment.
• BA/BS and/or MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new members with standardized intake and form individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and revise member care plans.
• Conduct 15–30 minute video/phone coaching sessions and app-based communication.
• Document sessions into EMR and billing systems.
• Maintain HIPAA and privacy standards.
