Job summary

Ria Health seeks a licensed counselor to conduct intake, coordinate care, and provide remote coaching via video, phone, and apps. You will collaborate with medical staff to tailor individualized treatment plans and support pharmacotherapy and recovery outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in addiction treatment, strong confidentiality, and the ability to work remotely across the United States. Prior experience with EMR, Zoom, and telehealth platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent credential in your state (AADC/ADC/CADC/CACAD/LAADC/MCAP).
• BA/BS or MA preferred for credential depth.
• 3–5 years in AUD or addiction treatment.
• Experience with EMR, Zoom, and app-based tools.
• Knowledge of evidence-based SUD treatment and harm-reduction models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of new members with standardized intake and care planning.
• Collaborate with medical staff and treatment team to develop and revise care plans.
• Provide 15–30 minute video/phone coaching and app-based communication.
• Manage caseload, monitor outcomes, and coordinate care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support pharmacotherapy and recovery.
