Job summary

NANA Management Services is seeking a Remote Warehouse Associate for the Milne Point Camp on the North Slope of Alaska. This 3x3 rotational position requires stocking, inventory control and record keeping, with duties across purchasing, receiving and housekeeping supplies.

Responsibilities include maintaining storerooms, processing orders, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate inventory data while performing cleaning and safety tasks in a remote camp environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in purchasing, material handling, inventory control, stocking, shipping and receiving of perishable items.
• At least one (1) year experience with commercial cleaning equipment in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Intermediate computer skills for inventory control, product ordering, purchasing and warehouse operations.
• Intermediate skills with QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for past three years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain storerooms, shelves, loading docks and walk-in coolers with proper layout and rotation.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, vehicles or shelves.
• Keep accurate inventories/records of materials on hand.
• Track weekly inventories from various locations and input data.
• Order materials when stock drops below levels.
• Prepare invoices and reports for accounts payable.
• Update pricing and databases regularly.
• Inspect deliveries for conformity to standards and quantity.
• Operate hand trucks and industrial equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist in training staff.
