Job summary

DUS Website is seeking reliable Seasonal Breakfast Cooks/Bakers for camp operations on Alaska's North Slope. You will prepare breakfast and baked goods, manage inventory, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen in a remote camp.

This role offers a seasonal schedule (mid-Jan to mid-April with weather dependent adjustments), a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotational plan, 12-hour shifts, and meals and housing provided in camp along with paid travel to the site.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work away from home for three consecutive weeks
• Experience in high-volume food production, including breakfast preparation and baking
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking reliable Seasonal Breakfast Cooks/Bakers for camp operations on Alaska's North Slope.

Breakfast Cooks/Bakers prepare breakfast meals and baked goods, help manage food and bakery inventory, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

• Work Location: Remote camp, North Slope, Alaska
• Season: Approximately mid-January through mid-April (depending on weather conditions)
• Rotational Schedule: 3 weeks on /3 weeks off; 12-hour shifts
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 84 hours per work week (40 straight hrs + 44 overtime hrs)
• Travel: Company-arranged and paid flights between Anchorage and the job site
• Room & Board: Provided at no cost while working in camp
• Point of Hire: Anchorage, Alaska
