Job summary

Aviation Search Group has partnered with Lamar Advertising - Airport Division to hire an Airport Area Project Manager. This remote role serves the Eastern United States, requiring residence in the Eastern region, and focuses on planning, management, and execution of complex capital-improvement projects at airports and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing airport/regulated capital projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change-order administration.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and project oversight to field personnel within the assigned territory.
• Manage multiple capital projects from scope development through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, scopes of work, bid packages, procurement requirements, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
• Monitor safety, schedule, and budget compliance; conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Review contractor documentation, drawings, submittals, and invoices; manage changes and payments.
