Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager for its growing Aviation Group. The role oversees airport design and construction projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading QA/QC efforts.

You will expand Ardurra’s aviation presence through client relationship management and business development. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in airport design/construction, is proficient with FAA regulations, and can thrive in a remote role while collaborating across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years in airport design and/or construction, private or government.
• Experience in airport design, construction administration, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport design/construction projects within defined regions.
• Mentor junior staff and lead QA/QC on project designs.
• Develop and manage client relationships and business development activities.
• Lead proposal development and pursuit efforts for aviation opportunities.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals, environmental compliance, and project phasing from concept to completion.
