Job summary

Forward Air Corp. is seeking an Account Manager - Airlines to retain and grow a portfolio of strategic airline customers.

You will serve as the primary contact, leveraging data to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for partners. You will build strong relationships with airline stakeholders across operations and leadership, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in aviation, transportation, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong relationships and ability to influence across functions.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights for growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic airline accounts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve customer retention.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive updates with customers.
