Job summary

Opus is seeking an experienced engineer to turn deployments into reality in enterprise environments. You will implement agentic workflows, integrate Opus with ERP/CRM systems, and build reusable components and playbooks for faster future deployments.

You will work directly with client teams and our consulting partner engineers, running technical enablement and ensuring smooth handovers. Strong LLM experience and API integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering background shipping software others depend on.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, agent patterns, evaluation.
• Strong experience with system integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
• Coding/scripting ability, Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure agentic workflows for enterprise clients and partners, from prototype to production rollout.
• Design and build proofs of concept and pilots that prove business value quickly, then harden for operations teams.
• Develop and maintain evaluation suites to define correct behavior, measure it, and improve it.
• Implement guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and audit trails for client regulatory posture.
