Job summary

The senior contributor leads discovery, defines human-AI collaboration, and develops implementation-ready designs for enterprise use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, service design, and workflow design.
• Experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements.
• Strong AI fluency, including generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to decompose sophisticated workflows into tasks, decisions, context, data, knowledge, tools, controls, and exceptions.
• Strong business insight and ability to connect design decisions to measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment and future-state design for complex workflows spanning teams, apps, data sources, and controls.
• Design end-to-end systems of work linking front-stage experiences with backstage processes and AI agents.
• Move teams beyond isolated app optimization to cross-boundary workflow outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to align multi-functional teams around future-state decisions.
• Translate sophisticated workflows into clear, implementation-ready design artifacts.
• Define human-AI roles, decision points, and control mechanisms within enterprise systems.
