Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, seeks an AI Workflow & Systems Designer to redesign complex workflows and deliver AI-ready systems of work. You will partner with business leaders, translate needs into implementable designs, and lead discovery, design, and governance for enterprise-wide systems.

You will facilitate workshops, define human-AI collaboration, and create artifacts that guide delivery across multiple teams and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or management consulting.
• Strong expertise translating complex problems into future-state systems and artifacts.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in AI-enabled workflow patterns and human-in-the-loop design.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across multiple teams.
• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and needs.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready designs and artifacts.
• Define human-AI roles, decisions, controls, and exception handling.
• Facilitate workshops and create clear, visual design outputs for delivery teams.
• Support reuse and standardization of enterprise design patterns.
