Job summary

Celestica is actively seeking an Advisor, Business Development to drive AI-enabled growth across the Americas in a remote capacity. You will surface high-value opportunities, support quotes and proposals, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, BD, and Supply Chain to accelerate AI adoption and process automation.

You will design AI agents and workflows, measure ROI, and lead pilot programs while training teams on prompt engineering and integrating AI tools into daily

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI adoption and business analytics to opportunities.
• Ability to map business processes and redesign workflows around AI capabilities.
• Experience in quoting, bids and proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain).
• Design, prompt, and test AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate quote/proposal analysis and documentation.
• Establish clear baseline metrics, monitor ROI and ensure AI deployments align with safety and quality standards.
• Scope pilot programs, lead discovery workshops, and oversee user acceptance testing for internal AI tool rollouts.
• Upskill teams on prompt engineering, best practices, and integrating AI tools into daily SOPs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and software development teams.
