Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking an Advisor, Business Development for a remote role in the Americas region. The role applies AI and process automation expertise to support quotations, develop bids, and analyze market data for multiple customer sets.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, and IT to design AI-driven workflows, measure ROI, and lead pilot rollouts while upskilling teams in prompt engineering and internal AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in operational consulting, product management, business analytics, or solutions architecture with AI adoption.
• Experience with AI adoption in enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Case Identification & Strategy: Surface high-value opportunities for Generative AI and process automation.
• AI Agent & Workflow Architecture: Design and test AI agents and automated workflows.
• Outcome Measurement & Governance: Define ROI metrics and ensure safe, compliant AI deployments.
• Pilot & Rollout Management: Scope pilots and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Change Management & Upskilling: Train teams on prompt engineering and AI tools.
• Product & IT Liaison: Translate business needs into technical specs for IT/Dev teams.
• Support quotation activity within specified customer sets and develop bids and proposals.
• Research and summarize customer market information for strategic direction.
