Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, helping improve AI reasoning and performance.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, and providing concise, evidence-based feedback. This is a freelance 1099 contract with weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication ability.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening and observation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, motion issues, or text/audio mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to observed issues.
