Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and live-converse with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompt, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through detailed evaluation, ranking, and feedback.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
