Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Through Outlier’s evaluation process, your scoring and written explanations help improve how AI systems reason and perform in the real world. This is a freelance, 1099 role paid weekly, with flexible hours and access to leading language models.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to look and listen closely, replaying or zooming in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Writing a concise, English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
