Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Paid on a 1099 basis, remote work across multiple countries, with free access to leading LLMs and weekly payments. Responsibilities include scoring outputs, identifying issues, and writing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios fluently.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
