Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible remote schedule. You'll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and write explicit explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Contributors are paid on a freelance 1099 basis with rates that vary by expertise and project requirements. Flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable expressing opinions clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and score each exchange.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
