Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will converse with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate concise explanations. A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Remote work from multiple countries is supported.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain issues clearly.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, misalignment or text errors.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
