Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write clear explanations of what’s off, helping improve future AI behavior.

This 1099 contract role offers remote work worldwide, with pay up to $15 per hour and weekly payments. Access to leading LLMs is provided at no cost to you, plus additional incentives based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in conversational contexts.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
