Job summary

10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable customer success managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered customer management systems.

In this freelance role, you will review AI outputs related to customer success, evaluate responses for realism and compliance, and draft realistic scenarios based on your hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Senior-level customer success manager with significant EU/UK experience.
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing customer success strategies.
• Skilled at evaluating client engagement processes, customer requirements, and compliance.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to customer success, client engagement, support processes, and practical aspects of customer management
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic customer scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. customer success manager, client, support team, or stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated customer success content
