The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in QA, hands-on automation experience, and ability to collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
- 5+ years in software QA, test automation, or quality engineering.
- Hands-on with automated Testing frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and enterprise testing processes.
- Experience with APIs and integrated enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA initiatives across enterprise applications and critical systems.
- Design scalable automated testing solutions for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Establish testing strategies and quality standards across tests.
- Drive automation and process improvements in defect management and releases.
- Develop quality metrics and reporting for visibility into progress.
- Support AI-assisted testing tools and intelligent automation.
- Participate in planning, sprints, and release discussions.
- Mentor QA team members and promote best practices.
- Assist with compliance, audits, and documentation for deployments.
