Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an AI-driven Test Automation Transformation leader to drive GenAI adoption across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and accelerate UI, API, and end-to-end testing with AI coding assistants and agentic platforms.

You will design intelligent agents for test generation, design reviews, defect analysis, and self-healing automation, while mentoring global teams and shaping governance, roadmaps, and success metrics for enterprise QA programs.

Qualifications

• 16–20 years of QE, test architecture and automation experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise testing transformations and QA programs.
• Strong leadership of globally distributed teams and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI-powered testing transformation across STLC with measurable impact.
• Design and implement intelligent agents for test generation, design reviews, and defect analysis.
• Develop AI governance, roadmaps, and success metrics for enterprise QA.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive AI-first engineering culture.
