Job summary

Neon One is seeking a Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration to lead autonomous AI workflows and GTM tech. You will own Agentforce agent lifecycles, build data pipelines with Data360 and Snowflake, and design robust prompt logic to automate customer journeys.

You will partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to transform processes into autonomous systems, ensuring governance and security at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in enterprise environments (Salesforce Agentforce preferred).
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and non-linear workflow error trapping.
• Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce) and API integrations.
• Strong business acumen translating operational friction into AI solutions.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents—design, build, test, deploy, and optimize agent flows across GTM teams.
• Architect Data360 and Snowflake integrations to create high-fidelity Unified Customer Profiles for real-time context.
• Design prompts and non-linear logic; refine prompts to improve responses and reduce hallucinations.
• Establish agent governance, guardrails, and circuit breakers for security and brand compliance.
• Oversee API integrations and data synchronization from Data360/Snowflake into GTM platforms for real-time AI context.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to identify processes to automate via autonomous systems.
