Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced escalation engineer to own complex technical support cases in a fully remote role. You will collaborate across Engineering, Support, and Implementation to drive resolution and help ensure client success.

In this position you will own escalations end-to-end, use AI and observability tools to diagnose issues, document findings, and implement improvements to reduce future escalations.

Responsibilities

• You'll be the key escalation point for complex technical support cases.
• You'll collaborate across Engineering, Support, and Implementation to drive resolution.
• You'll own escalations end-to-end, coordinating workstreams and tracking progress.
• You'll use AI and observability tools to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• You'll maintain documentation and recommend improvements to reduce escalations.
• Work fully remote from India with healthcare benefits, PTO, and provided equipment.
• Build expertise in SaaS support, networking, and AI-assisted operations.
