Job summary

Loftware seeks an AI Solutions Implementation Specialist to design and stand up MVPs using internal low-code AI platforms, collaborating with engineers to turn ideas into scalable features. You will contribute to internal AI adoption, build lightweight AI-driven workflows, and work with product management and engineering to align with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building prototypes or internal tools with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Translate business requirements into clear specs, workflows, and user stories for engineering.
• Working knowledge of generative AI/LLM concepts and enterprise AI copilot tools.
• Basic understanding of data security, privacy, and governance for AI tools.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product and business stakeholders.
• No professional software engineering experience required, but comfort with APIs and data concepts helps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iteratively improve functional prototypes and MVPs for AI use cases using internal, low-code/no-code platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers to scale prototypes into production-ready features.
• Evaluate and roll out AI-driven productivity tools with pilots and adoption metrics.
• Support go-to-market and customer success by building AI-assisted workflows.
• Apply AI data security, privacy, and governance principles with CISO oversight.
• Work with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with approved AI platforms.
• Stay current on emerging low-code/no-code AI tooling and share risks and opportunities.
