Job summary

Learfield is seeking a hands-on AI-focused professional to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. You will prototype, build, and test agents, copilots, and automations that streamline workflows across sales, service, and business teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, data governance, and platform owners to ensure secure, scalable implementations in Learfield’s environment. A builder mindset and ongoing learning drive success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience solving business problems and improving workflows.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI, agents, copilots, or workflow automation to build solutions.
• Proven ability to prototype, test, and implement a solution solo or in initiative work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, service, and business leaders to understand workflows and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Personally build and configure AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, prompts, and connected experiences.
• Integrate information across systems (CRM, email/calendar, collaboration tools, content repos) to create end-to-end workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and scale successful solutions with user feedback.
• Collaborate with IT on data availability, integrations, security, and production pathways.
• Help the Commercial organization become smarter using training, playbooks, and practical examples.
