Loftware is seeking an AI Solutions Implementation Specialist to design and stand up functional prototypes and MVPs using internal, low‑code AI platforms. You will partner with product management and engineering to translate business requirements into technical specs and measurable AI-driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes building usable prototypes, evaluating AI tools, and enabling internal adoption while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building prototypes/MVPs with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications/user stories for engineers.
• Basic understanding of AI, generative AI/LLM concepts, and Copilot tools.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance for AI tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate functional prototypes and MVPs for AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers to scale prototypes to production.
• Evaluate and roll out AI-driven productivity tools and workflows.
• Support go-to-market and customer success with AI-enabled workflows.
• Stay current on low-code AI tooling and enterprise copilot capabilities.
