Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions Product Owner to lead AI tooling design and delivery in a remote-first environment. You will own the AI solution experience from use-case intake through scalable feasibility, working across AI Enablement, learning, IT, and Operations to ensure solutions meet real business needs.

This role requires 6+ years in product management or AI program ownership, with experience partnering with learning teams to translate complex technical concepts into practical

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in product management, solution architecture, or AI/automation program ownership.
• Experience translating technical solutions into agent-facing enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Own AI use-case intake and scoring, tying initiatives to measurable improvements in agent/customer experience.
• Review new AI solution requests for feasibility before submissions move forward
• Maintain AI solution taxonomy and approved tool lists
• Design and configure AI Agents supporting the program for reliable live interactions
• Translate AI design into learning requirements and collaborate on curriculum development
• Validate agent-facing documentation before training rollout
• Assess scale feasibility including platform, licensing, and architecture implications
• Own AI solution roadmap and manage pipeline with CRM/tools ownership
• Partner with Operations, IT and client stakeholders on design and timelines
• Lead deployment & integrations teams delivering readiness and go-live execution across sites
