Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience taking LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery through production with architectural involvement.
• Experience leading a solutions/engineering team serving multiple business units with prioritization responsibility.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous requests into credible build plans and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI solutions engineering, data engineering, and AI product teams.
• Own intake and prioritization through a transparent process evaluating value, feasibility, risk, and reuse.
• Turn requests into detailed build plans with architecture, scope, success measures, and dependencies.
• Staff virtual build pods and allocate capacity across concurrent initiatives.
• Set technical bar by reviewing architectures, approaches, and production-readiness criteria.
• Deliver, hand off, and create reusable patterns and playbooks for future use.
