Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a Head of AI Solutions to build and lead a deeply technical team that shapes central build capacity and prioritization across the company. Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will guide architecture, scope, success measures and credible effort estimates for AI initiatives.

You will ensure security, privacy, reliability, and production readiness while driving reusable patterns and playbooks across business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and reviewing architecture/decisions.
• Experience taking LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery through production.
• Experience leading a solutions architecture or shared-services team across multiple business units.
• Strong technical scoping and estimation capabilities.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt design, guardrails, data modeling, APIs, cloud or hybrid deployment.
• Experience hiring and developing senior AI, engineering, data, and product talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI solutions team, hiring and developing talent.
• Own intake and prioritization, evaluating value, feasibility, risk, and reuse.
• Turn requests into build plans with architecture, scope, and success metrics.
• Staff and lead virtual build pods, allocate capacity across initiatives.
• Set the technical bar, review architectures and production-readiness decisions.
• Deliver, hand off, and create reusable solution patterns after launch.
