CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking aHead of AI Solutions to build and lead a highly technical team responsible for central AI build capacity across the company.

This role focuses on intake prioritization, architecture, staffing, and ensuring production readiness for AI initiatives. You will oversee discovery with business and technical teams, define credible effort estimates, and secure cross-functional support from architecture, privacy, security, and AI Platform groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience taking LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery through production.
• Experience leading a solutions architecture, engineering, platform, or shared-services team.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the AI solutions team (engineers, data engineers, product talent).
• Own intake and prioritization of requests across the portfolio.
• Define solution architecture, scope, success measures, and estimates.
• Staff and lead virtual build pods; allocate capacity across initiatives.
• Ensure security, privacy, reliability, observability, and cost standards.
• Deliver and hand off completed projects and create reusable patterns.
