Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of project, program, or product management with technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions and data pipelines.
• Strong technical literacy to discuss system architecture and APIs with engineers.
• Track record delivering custom software and data solutions with measurable impact.
• Domain knowledge in energy, utilities, real estate, logistics, climate, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Understand client outcomes and translate into actionable engineering tasks.
• Lead engineers and act as technical product manager for accounts.
• Define what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured.
• Review architectures, data pipelines, and API integrations with diligence.
• Ensure value and quality while collaborating with engineering rather than directing alone.
• Plan, coordinate, budget, forecast, and manage delivery across workstreams.
• Align projects with client and company goals and refine processes.
